Medigo is an adventure that begins with you!
Five founders currently cover all functions. You will be among the first people employed.
Our story and mission.
In 2016, the CHUV had a simple question: how can we help people find the right urgent care center without waiting unnecessarily? Urgences Lausanne was born from that question.
In 2023, the creators of the app relaunched the project under a new name, Medigo, with a clear ambition: to ensure that everyone in French-speaking Switzerland — and eventually across Switzerland — knows where to go and how long it will take when urgent medical care is needed. No diagnosis, no bureaucracy. Simply the right information at the right time.
Today, Medigo has more than 300,000 downloads, 50 partner centers between Vaud and Geneva, and a 4.6/5 rating on the App Store.

Our values
Four convictions. They guide every decision we make.
Useful above all. We only build what solves a real problem for our users. No resume-driven features, no gimmicks.
Reliable data, or nothing. When someone opens Medigo at 11 p.m. with a feverish child, the information must be accurate. Our reputation depends on it — we do not compromise it.
We deliver, we listen, we improve. Every partner center gives us feedback after 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year. Feedback is not a bonus; it is our engine.
Straightforward honesty. Three years without a large office or hierarchy have forged a culture of openness. Problems are discussed in meetings, not in the hallway.
Useful above all.
Reliable data, or nothing.

We deliver, we listen, we improve.

Straightforward honesty.

Life at Medigo
Medigo is a distributed team that is expected to grow geographically. We are fortunate to be part of the La Forge incubation program at EPFL Innovation Park and to benefit from the proximity of this technology hub. As a result, you will probably spend between one-third and one-half of your time on campus to strengthen team collaboration. Otherwise, there is no fixed office; we coordinate remotely whenever possible.
What a typical week looks like:
It’s a small team that moves fast. That means freedom, but also responsibility.

Medigo in Numbers
The application has existed since 2016. What started at CHUV as a pilot project now covers two cantons — and this is only the beginning.
